A reputable Social Care and Domiciliary Recruitment agency in Hertfordshire are looking for an experienced individual with a background in either Care Recruitment or Commercial Recruitment with experience of running a busy temporary desk. The job involves liaising with social workers and care coordinators about the organisation and effective delivery of care packages for their clients as well as generating new business by procuring leads, cold calling and visiting potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be good at establishing rapport with colleagues and clients and have the ability to be successful in a target driven environment. Strong administrative skills are required as you will be involved in preparing weekly reports and presenting this information in weekly meetings with the Director.
